Ignite Musical Theater Program Sept-June
At Ignite we train in 4 key areas:

Music, Dance, Acting, and the Magnificence of you.
Each year these four areas are geared to the particular show we are preparing for. For example, one year we may have a Jazz dance focus, or Tap, Ballet, or Hip Hop! It is so exciting! You will be exposed to so many aspects of performing! The vocal focus of our training is classical. We believe that this is a powerful foundation to singing all genres of music, and to protect your voice. We meet once per week, for three hours, in the evenings. We will add some classes closer to the production, in order that the students feel fully prepared. So that we have many opportunities to perform, we are considering entering 2 festivals: Olds Kiwanis(a music festival) and Spark(a dance festival) in addition to presenting our Musical Production at Year End(which is our recital).

Ignite Performing Arts Academy will now have a Dance Program starting in September!! Our classes are all based out of Didsbury. Our dance program this year will be non competitive, but there will be a HUGE recital at the end of the year!
​
Our baby Tap and baby Ballet classes run in 8 week sessions. FALL~SPRING $110/session

DANCE:
Ballet Level 1 ages 8 and up
Contemporary ages 8 and up
Tap ages 8 and up
Hip Hop ages 8 and up
Baby classes ages 4-6
​
SCHEDULE:
Baby Ballet: Wednesdays at 3:30 30min class
Baby Tap: Fridays at 3:30 30min class
Contemporary: Wednesdays at 7:15 45min class
Tap: Fridays at 4pm 45min class
Ballet Level 1: Fridays at 4:45 45min class
Hip Hop: Fridays at 5:30 45min class

1 Class per month $50
2 Classes per month $75
3 Classes per month $90
4 Classes per month $110

$25 Registration fee

Note- there will be costume fees. And dance attire. Friday classes are at a different building in Didsbury.
